This course explain the PMBOK chapter 6 for Time Management using an easy managerial language that can be understood by all new students in management, and offer a wide variety of examples to explain the difficult definitions and terms.
This course contain also a simple project case as an example, having activities linked in a full schedule, where each activity have its own planned cost resources, and planned duration.
Project Managers, Planners, team managers, project engineers… will find this 2 hours course very helpful to fill any gaps in the experience and to re-fresh their memories with the way the schedule is developed and to remember the management terms and definitions.
Students will see a step by step procedure on what to plan in a schedule, how to defines the activities, how to make them in sequence, then how to calculate their resources and durations. Then the step will be how to develop the schedule and how to control it.

§6.2 Define Activities
§6.3 Sequence Activities
§6.4 Estimate Activity Resources
§6.5 Estimate Activity Duration
§6.6 Develop Schedule
Monitoring and Control Phase:
§6.7 Control Schedule
The course will end with a lot of hints and tips that are taken from PMP questions from many books.
