Welcome to a short course for learning how to build a beautiful and nice-looking sidebar using pure HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. This course is prepared to teach you about responsive sidebar design.
By the end of this course, you’ll be able to build a beautiful and responsive sidebar using only HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, which allows the website users to add and remove (toggle) the sidebar by clicking on the bars as well as removing the sidebar using the closing button.
This tiny course starts with a straight and easy guide on how to install the Visual Studio Code and its necessary extensions. Then, we build a lovely SVG logo and code the HTML part.
Once we complete the HTML part, we’ll start to work on the CSS design and learn how to utilize Font Awesome to add pretty icons (closing and bars buttons).
This small project will teach you many important skills such as how to create an attractive SEO-friendly logo and add elegant Font Awesome icons. Also, you’re going to learn some crucial JavaScript approaches like addeventlistener, toggle and remove methods. It is totally okay if you have no prior knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
A summary of the basics of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is delivered in this course. This is a little course that will explain you about HTML, CSS, and JavaScript while building a simple but spectacular sidebar.
