Course Description
Overview
In this course, you will learn how to deal with multi-lingual support of the bot, localization of multiple languages.
You will learn to handle Built in Database using the UI as well as code. You will learn how to create tables, add records, manage tables, write code to handle database w.r.t insertion, Search etc.
You will learn how to handle In-memory datastore, to handle data across the journeys, and between the sessions.
You will be introduced to the built-in API management tool. You will learn how to integrate you chat bot with external application and manage data across the platforms.
The Chapter 2 of the Course introduces you to the Omnichannel support of the platform. You will learn how to integrate with FB messenger, WhatsApp and IVR support.
As part of the course you would be introduced to the Document Cognition feature of the platform. You will learn how to upload the documents into the platform and train the bot to fetch the relevant data from the documents based on the user query.
As part of Chapter 3 You will learn how to transfer chat conversation to Live agent, and Manage support tickets. You will write custom logic using Cloud Function to automatically transfer to support agent.
You will explore Campaign Management tool to understand how to launch marketing Campaigns from the platform. You will explore how to handle the growth factor of the bot with in-built analytics. You will learn how to handle the test cases for your bot. And Finally, you will learn how to deal with unidentified utterances.

Audience
This course is designed for developers, who have experience building chatbots using the UI of YM platform, with a good understanding of NodeJS, JavaScript and ElasticSearch programming concepts, and need to be able to write programmatic customizations to both the business logic and user interface layers using Cloud Functions.
