With my vast experience in applying Process capability I have design this course to enable you to conduct process capability without any software. Excel template will provide. You will also learn what are the process improvement needed with to reduce variability or shift and challenges associate with process capability study. Challenges are derive from my experience and not found anywhere else.

This course is divided into 5 modules which start with introduction, how to plan for process capability study, calculate process capability, interpret the results and understand what process improvement is needed in different scenario. I concluded the course by sharing the challenges in process capability through my own experience.
